          Newly elected Powell River-Sunshine Coast MLA Randene Neill is British Columbia’s new minister of water, land and resource stewardship.

          Neill was sworn in at Government House during a ceremony starting at 1 pm on November 18.

          “At a time when there is a lot of worry and uncertainty about the future, British Columbians have asked us to work together and get things done that make a real difference in their daily lives,” stated premier David Eby, in a media release.
